Tuesday 16th May:

• Breakfast at the Hotel
• Welcome by Valletta Mayor & Arts Council Director Malta (Valletta city town hall)
• Press conference
• Flag /Floats Parade
• Official Group Photo
• Unveiling of commemorative Plaque
• Open air lunch in Valletta
• Free time in Valletta- Return to the Hotel
• Opening ceremony & dinner in hotel (awards of medals)

Wednesday 17th May:

• Breakfast at the Hotel
• Presidium meeting
• Lunch at the Hotel
• General Assembly
• Tour Valletta by night
• Stand up reception/ dinner on Valletta Bastions
• Return to the Hotel

Thursday 18th May:

• Option A : Day trip to Sicily by ferry at an extra cost
  • (€140.00  per person including lunch & dinner)
• Option B: Free day by the pool or free time including
• Breakfast  / lunch & dinner.

Friday 19th May:

• Breakfast at the Hotel
• Visit to Carnival float makers
• Return to Hotel
• Lunch at the Hotel
• Round table seminar & workshops
• Presentation of candidate hosts Cities
• Grand Carnival ball and dinner.

Saturday 20th May:

• Breakfast at the Hotel
• Departure to Gozo by ferry
• Full day in Gozo including lunch and BBQ dinner
• Return to Hotel by Ferry.

Sunday 21st May:

• Breakfast at the Hotel
• Free time
• Lunch at the Hotel
• Departure to Valletta
• Holy Mass
• Gala reception by Valletta Mayor at Hastings Gardens Valletta
• & Closing ceremony
• Return to Hotel.
